Embodying the minimal South Korean aesthetic, Cube Heater has a rather simple and make clean design aesthetic with some advisedly chosen CMF decisions that emphasis this gorgeous production. From the dimple where the power enters the production to the polycarbonate plinth the infinite heater sits on – the Cube Heater is a welcome addition to any living infinite.
The Cube Heater needed an effective visual indicator considering of form, the light from the hot wire cannot physically pass to the outside of the device. Jang used a single LED simply thought about how we could verify the operation in different directions and angles. This lead to the elegant yet simple add-on of the cloudy plastic base. This is why the Cube Heater is wonderfully elementary, the upper cube is a construction that tin can generate heat, and the lower cue is a uncomplicated structure without any device – South Korean design at its finest.
