Easy Beef and Noodles With Leftover Roast

Since y'all're probably sick of leftover turkey by now – time to cook some BEEF! One of my best favorite meals to cook & swallow (which don't always become together!) is roast beef. Why? Because it's delicious, easy, and makes for GREAT leftover options! I often notice that I wish my roasts were bigger then that I had more left!
Pot Roast
In instance roast isn't a staple in your family… hither are the basics for making a roast.
Put roast in crock pot, with a little bit of water. Turn to depression. Melt all day. Can't become much simpler than that! I do like to add together a few things, which I remember really make it super yummy. I add a package of dry onion soup mix – just dump the packet on peak of the roast. I also like to add 1/two purse of babe carrots and five-6 peeled and cut potatoes. That makes a whole meal right at once!
Now for the leftovers…if you lot're lucky plenty to have some! The other night, I tried a quick and simple beefiness and noodles. My family LOVED it. Two thumbs up and make information technology once more!

Leftover Beef & Noodles
Ingredients
Leftover roast (see roast recipe above)
1 pkg egg noodles
1 fifteen oz can of beef broth (or water and beef burgoo)
Corn starch
Directions
i. Boil the egg noodles according to the package, and then drain.
2. Cut the roast beef into bite size pieces, then put the pieces into a saucepan on depression heat. Add together the tin of beef broth. Stir.
three. Add corn starch to thicken to your preference.
four. Add noodles to your beef mixture.
5. Stir. Serve. Eat!
And corn is a keen side dish… or mixed in, equally you can see. J We put corn in everything hither!
Other ideas for leftover roast:
- Hot beef sandwiches – on a slice of bread with mashed potatoes on the side
- Philly sandwiches Рput on a hoagie, melt a slice of cheese, maybe add some saut̩ed onions & green peppers
- Beef stew
- BBQ beef sandwiches – just add bbq sauce to bite size pieces, then heat
